The Neon Hare is a joint venture comprised of like-minded hair stylists who fostered a shared devotion to continuing education and enhancing their craft.

Heather, Jessica, and Katie met while working at a renowned salon in beautiful Canton, Baltimore. After becoming fast friends they quickly recognized each others commitment to improving their hair cutting and coloring skills. Following several years of attending salon classes as well as traveling out of state for multiple courses and conferences, these stylists were ready to take the next step in their careers. Thus The Neon Hare was born, a space for these stylists to keep working side by side while also creating their own individual businesses.
